Lukasz Mackiewicz has extensive experience in the field of public procurement law, with particular emphasis on the issues of the construction and medical industries. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, in particular entities from the construction industry and suppliers.

  • He specializes in contract construction law and comprehensive handling of complex investment processes. He gained experience by providing permanent legal assistance in a construction office to the general contractor of one of the largest hydrotechnical investments in Poland.

  • He is the author of many publications in the field of public procurement law. Moreover, he is authorized to sit on supervisory boards of State Treasury companies;
    He is a legal advisor to a Member of Parliament of the Republic of Poland and the Polish Sector;
Selected projects
  • Work in one of the largest law firms in the Pomeranian Voivodship, providing comprehensive legal assistance to an entity from the railroad infrastructure sector;
  • Participation in providing legal services to a special-purpose vehicle – a substitute investor for the State Treasury, inter alia, in the process of construction and commercialization of one of the UEFA EURO 2012 arenas, as well as an entity implementing construction investments of significant importance for national defense;
  • Participation in ongoing legal services for companies from the energy sector, including comprehensive regulation of the legal status of real estate through the establishment of transmission easements. He also participated in providing legal services to entities from the medical industry;
  • He has experience in public procurement law, with particular focus on the construction and medical industry. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, in particular construction industry entities and suppliers.
